Sciatic pain...PLEASE HELP!
I’m a nurse and by the end of my 12 hour shift, the sciatic pain is so horrendous I can barely walk to my car. I wear good tennis shoes. I’ve tried some of the stretches but I think I do them wrong because they bring no relief. I’m 16 weeks. I need advice, it hurts so bad!!!
