Breastfeeding Problems.

So I've been having problems with breastfeeding. First I had cracked and bleeding nipples, then I wore shields and mostly pumped so that got better. Unfortunately my child doesn't latch properly now. Instead of opening her mouth wide and latching, she sucks in like sucking up spaghetti and it's pretty painful. Not to mention I had plugged milk ducts for 3 weeks and when I finally got rid of them my breasts became really uneven. So now my left side pumps about 1-2 oz and my right pumps 3-4. I'm trying to strictly breast feed now hoping they'd even out. But they haven't. Also, I feel like I'm not making enough milk. I feed her on both sides until they feel empty and a little extra, but she's still hungry. It's hard when I need to do things around the house and she's feeding all day. Anyone have any tips?
