Disney at 19 weeks , suggestions ??

We are going to Disney World April 15th -20th, I’ll be 19 weeks . Are there any rides to avoid (besides roller coasters) rides that you may have went on and we’re fine ? I was thinking tower of terror would be ok because it’s really not a halting stop ? I feel like it’s more of a smooth ride . But everyone keeps saying noooo noooo noooo! Also I was planning on riding seven dwarfs mine train ? I don’t think that’s too aggressive of a ride ! Hellllppppp! Personal experiences please ! ( this is my 4th pregnancy )

Research what you can and cannot ride. I have year passes to Disney and I’m 14 weeks. I’ve been sticking to Epcot for the food mostly lol but you can’t ride tower of terror for sure. It’s a huge drop!! And the mine train is slow but it’s technically a roller coaster and they recommend you not riding it. I’d stick with shows and taking in all the food. There are a few ride like Ariel and find Nemo that you can ride but for any of the thrill rides, those are out. It sucks but there is so much more to do at Disney than just the rides 😊

honestly id be too nervous to go on any rides also too many germs. you never know what kind of illnesses are going to be going around there.

all rides have a warning. read them before hand! 
also I would definitely not do tower of terror and Seven Dwarf Mine ride. 
but rides like small world, Peter Pan, jungle cruise, magic carpet, people mover, haunted mansion are all easy rides.

the park will tell you what rides you can not ride while pregnant. I highly recommend you follow those suggestions. Also, drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Disney has an app you can download and it will tell you ain't times and also ride restrictions.

I did Disney at 10 weeks pregnant and went on everything! My doctor assured me I couldn’t do anything to hurt the baby. That being said, you most likely have a bump and that is where the concerns comes into play, I wouldn’t recommend 7d of ToT and I understand that’s hard ToT is my favorite ride! I think things like toy story mania (not sure if that is a no go for pregnant) would actually be fine.

I avoided anything with the red triangle warnings (pregnancy and other health warning sign). The only exception is I did ride the Safari at Animal Kingdom, because my city has pot holes worse than that track.

I’m going in three weeks and I’ll be 24/25 weeks. My doctor told me I can ride everything but to use caution with turbulent rides like space mountain/mine train.

Under Filter choose Expectant Mothers Advisory. 
Whatever comes up after you apply the filter are rides they recommend avoiding. I’m also heading to WDW at 17 weeks and have this lost all set and ready to go for reference.

I went to Disney land between 16-20 weeks, I went on all the rides 🤷🏽‍♀️ Currently at 39+5, baby is too comfy still 😂
