No Progression

My cycles are usually 36 days, but with acupuncture the last two were down to 28 days. Well today is Day 48, and yes I have a doctors appointment scheduled for Friday.

I thought there was a faint line a few days ago, but every morning I test and still see nothing.

I have searing pain in my lower back most mornings, and have been cramping on and off but other than that no PMS symptoms. My temp rose significantly about 8 days ago and has stayed high, so I’m aware that maybe I ovulated way later, but I took OPKs around CD 15/16 and it showed positive so I stopped testing.

Any advice or similar experience appreciated. Hoping the doctor has some good news.
