CD 21 progesterone levels 😬

I had my CD 21 progesterone levels drawn yesterday and got my results today. My level was 10.6. My ob/GYN was very happy with the results and said I definitely ovulated and says my levels were on the “high side.” She went on to say that’s the type of numbers they see in very early pregnancy. That a progesterone at CD 21 that didn’t result in pregnancy that cycle was typically around a 6-8. 😶😶 so of course I’m excited but as she said don’t get my hopes up lol does anyone have any insite on this???? I’m trying to hold out on testing, but when should I try to test???
