I think I may be developing an eating disorder?

For the past month I’ve been hungry, but every time I go to eat something I suddenly stop being hungry. And if I try to eat because I know I should eat, it’s like I’m force feeding myself. I have had problems with not liking my weight and my body size for as long as I can remember. Atm I’m now more skinnier and I look better (to myself) but I don’t know how I started losing weight because I never started eating healthy. I’m not sick or anything that would make me stop eating. I feel dumb for asking because I should know if i am developing an eating disorder or not but, I’ve never experienced anything like this. And if it is the beginning of an eating disorder how do I fix myself?
