Help! I need to fart 😓
I'm sorry if this is TMI BUT I need help.
I have trapped gas for about 2 days now and it is so painful !! I know its gas because every now and then I'm able to let out the slightest bit and I get some relief from that.
Any tips? Anything i can take thats safe while pregnant? I'm seriously over it .
