my deductible is paid, so is my pregnancy covered?

I have blue cross blue shield. On my families plan. so for a little backstory I got my gallbladder removed on January 4th of this year. it paid off my deductible this year so does that mean everything is covered? Like appointments and hospital around my due date? I’m sorry I’m not incredibly informed on insurance but if anyone knows let me know thank you

After meeting your deductible,there’s usually a co insurance (they pay 80%, you pay 20% or they pay 70% you pay 30%, etc.) until you reach your out of pocket maximum. After meeting the maximum , insurance then covers 100%

Even if you reach your deductible there is still a total out of pocket that has to be met. For example my family deductible is $3400 which we have met and then our TOTAL out of pocket is $5600. So after deductible is met we still have another $2200 they could charge throughout the year. Once the out of pocket is met the insurance company pays everything at 100%. I hope that helps. But I would call too.
