So i was working two jobs, one my boss was an absolute COW when she found out about my pregnancy had been working there a few months before falling pregnant.. and i got no congratulations or anything. She had me working 7 hours straight with only 5 minute breaks and i was passing out on the job, I learned it was illegal informed her and she didnt care. I ended up resigning. I was also at the time working this job as a cashier that I got just before Xmas.. sorta a bonus casual job.. well aftrr 6 weeks of working there my pregnancy just started to get more complicated with my back issues and i requested to go on a early unpaid leave which they approved, i was shocked as they didnt legally have to... so ive been on leave now a few weeks and just now my phone rang, it was work... I panicked. I felt sick. My old boss was so nasty and i just thought this is it im about to get the sack from this job too. But OMG my boss called to ask how I am, to ask how my back has been and said the countdown is on and she wishes me all the very best. I am still employed. She called to check in on me! I cant believe I have such a supportive lovely boss! Makes me look forward to going back to work 6 months after baby is here. Just had to tell someone cause quite frankly im in shock lol
