How soon after a c section can you....
I am 32 weeks tomorrow! Cannot believe how quickly these past couple of weeks have gone! First time mumma and so excited to meet my little one.
I am scheduled to have a c section. But just wanted to know how soon I can start my PT sessions after?
I know a lot of people say you have to wait at least 6 weeks until you can have sex again and being gentle even after waiting...
Would anyone recommend a specific time frame?
