i think its just the photo. there were a couple of my baby that made him look like he had a cleft lip but not in others.

Could be the umbilical cord in front of the face. I just had a similar scan on Wednesday and the tech said people often think their baby has a cleft lip, but its just the cord.

Could be just the scan. I think a cleft lip would be more noticeable. I was born with one. I was wondering the same about my baby on the ultrasound but she doesn’t have one
