Pregnancy after MC

What was your symptoms on your 2nd pregnancy after MC? I am 4 weeks 3 days and am having slight cramping and sore/tender breasts.. I had a MC in August when I found out I was pregnant at first I had no symptoms what so ever.

I MC in Oct. Now I’m 4w1d, hac BFP on Tuesday after vivid dreams, sore breasts and bloating. I didn’t have many symptoms last time. I feel like I have more this time. have u had blood tests yet for HCG/progesterone?

I just found out last night so I can’t make an appointment til Monday and my symptoms now are very sore breasts period like cramping and shortness of breath. I also had a dream bout 2 weeks ago my mother told me I was pregnant with a little girl. 😶
