have any of you ladies used it and feel as if it actually helped with effacement? I'm 38w4d and at my 37 week appointment my doctor said I was at 75% effacement, which had me super excited. then I went to my 38 week appointment and had a different doctor and she said I was at a 50% effacement. needless to say my hormonal self went home and cried. I just really want good news at my 39 week appointment. I'm not planning on anything to throw me into labor because little girl will come when she is ready but a little push for her in the right direction is nice.
