14 week 3 day ultrasound

I had a ultrasound at a private place yesterday. The baby was criss cross apple sauce and she said for a long time that it had its cord between its legs. She messed with it for a while and finally said the cord had moved. I see how she thinks this is a boy... but what is the dark line I’m seeing as well? Could this be a girl? I have NIPT that I should get a for sure gender on but I’m sooo curious and I have a week to wait in the testing!
