Advice please!!

My husband & I have been married for 3 months & it’s like suddenly everything is changing! We went from having sex like everyday or at least every other day to like once MAYBE twice a week if I beg him enough. He has always worked nights, but decided to get a first shift job to be home with me & our kids every night... he started about 2 months ago. He says he’s still trying to adjust to being on first shift, but I feel like there is more to it. I know he’s not cheating, but I’m starting to feel like he isn’t as attracted to me as he use to be. We’ve started arguing a lot because of it & I really don’t know what to do. I’ve voiced my concerns to him & he just keeps asking me to bare with him & telling me he will fix it, but I haven’t seen even the slightest improvement. My heart hurts
