Acne on the chin and forehead?

Hi guys. Now my aches gotten better in the last few months, but can someone tell me what these bumps on my chin are?? I’ve had them for about six months now and they just won’t go away. I’ve tried everything from Sulfur treatments to aloe vera and nothing helps. What do you guys suggest to get them to go away?? They also clutter my forehead as well and are starting to go into my cheeks. If I pop them, puss comes out and they get smaller, but they get red and come back about four days later. Thanks for the advice in advance!
