Announcement ruined

I’m so utterly disappointed I really wanted to do a family announcement with my husbands mum, brothers and sister and families. We decided to do a get together for Easter like we normally would and we would spring the announcement so that we could tell them all at once. We just found out one brother, wife and kids are going away for the Easter break. I’m so disappointed. My MIL probably won’t make the trip if the whole family won’t be there. So it’s crumbling to a mess and I just wanted to vent. I’ve had a good pregnancy cry about it. I know I’m being selfish but It’s our first baby and I just wanted to have an amazing moment and now I feel it’s just ruined.
