Good pair of leggings

I need a couple pairs of leggings that are actually going to fit!! I have 2 pairs of Torrid leggings and they have the fit around the waist but cannot get up to my crotch!!! I am not asking for a camel toe here but I would at least like them to sit comfortably between my legs so I can lessen the chance for chub rub!
