Got past the plateau today!

I initially lost 16lbs in my first 2 weeks on keto. And then nothing. For weeks, then 2 months. But I stuck with it because I want Keto to be forever and I believe in the longterm it will get me healthier, make me a better mom and maybe give me a second baby. Anyhow this morning I am down 2.5lbs. So proud of myself for sticking with it when the scale wasn't moving. I can do this!
