VFL to BFN ): please help

So yesterday I got my vfl. it was around 11am fmu, showed up right away. 75% of glow users saw it, and 40 women in my TTC group could see it. i was ecstatic. today around 9 am, i took another test. BFN, MAYBE a VFL, but not a visible VFL like yesterday. I'm completely heartbroken. I feel like my hopes have been lifted up them shattered to pieces. I feel pregnant. I was pouring sweat in the produce department yesterday, back hurts, and fried chicken smells so good etc. But I don't trust my body or my eyes anymore. I'm trying for my rainbow and I feel like I just want to give up. so my question is: what would you make of the situation? both fmu. both frer. dpo unknown. AF due tomorrow. would you trust the vfl or the BFN? I really need some guidance and support here please ):
