I’m pregnant at 13....

I just started on this app to control my period and to let me know and the I missed my period for about 2 weeks and I got really worried so I had one of my older best friends get me a pregnancy test from Walgreens, I took 2 and they both came back positive. I told my boyfriend who is 13 to and he freaked out. Please don’t give my parents hate about how they should keep a better eye on me bc i was very sneaky about it and I know I shouldn’t be doing that kinda stuff but now I really messed up. How do I tell my parents? Please give me advice or should I even tell them?
