so my friend gave me a note that was between her and my man explaining how he didnt love me and he loved his ex but didn't want to hurt me and he felt trapped. So at lunch when I saw him I gave him his promise ring back and said "you shouldnt feel trapped" I still love him and dont know what to do now. HELP
