Rehome her??

So I recently got another job. So I am working full-time or a little more now. My husband is full-time as well. We didn't think I was going to need to get another job, but we recently found out that we have to move this summer. So we are having to look into rent or mortgage. We have a puppy and have had her for 2 years. She means so much to me and I love her sooooo much! I go to work very early and so does my husband. I get home at about 5:30-6:00 p.m. My husband gets off at like 3:30 p.m most days. It's hard for me to get him to play with her. I don't get home before dark so I can't play with her. I am trying to find a way to make it so I'm not neglecting her. She does get put in a large dog run so she plays in that during the day and she does sleep a lot because she loves to sleep. Please understand that I really am trying to figure something out, but do you think I should just rehome her??
