If I had sex and and had a positive opk at 1 am do I count that as the next day or the same day ??

Ovulation happens 12 to 48 hours from when the LH surge occurs which is what you get on an opk, so you count from when ovulation occurs which is usually the day before the end of your fertile period. If you track for a while you will get a better idea of when everything is and the flow app can then understand your algorithm and tell you when your out were most likely ovulating.
