Healthy Diet Change with a Picky Eater?
Hoping someone on here might have words of wisdom. My partner and I both need to lose weight. I'm willing to take the plunge and make serious adjustments. However, he is the pickiest eater I've ever met in my life. He lives for pasta and meat and potatoes. He refuses to eat chicken if it's not breaded. We've been together for over 8 years. I've gotten him to start eating a lot more foods than he used to. But I feel like we've sort of plateaued on that front. I'm tempted to just start eating without him. But I feel that would be a serious strain on our relationship. Sharing meals is a huge part of our bonding time. I just don't know what to do to inspire him to make the change with me?
