Please help!

I ovulate naturally on my own usually cd15-17. I’ve had three miscarriages and since have not been able to get pregnant. My doctor put me on letrazole 2.5 cd3-7 this month. I have got all high OPKs but no peak yet. So today is cd 20 and I still had no peak so they brought me in for an ultrasound and I had a few very small follicles on my left ovary. She said I could have ovulated way early but they doubt it or maybe I will O very late or not at all. This is torture. Has this happened to anyone. Do you think I have a chance still to ovulate or maybe already did?
