Should I BD tonight or wait a day?

The very first one is from this morning which is CD11, and that's what they've looked like since CD6 am & pm, barely any variation in color. Minus 1 defective test that wouldn't soak up the urine and I dipped it for like 15 seconds and it registered positive. Then this evening I got these 3 tests. Is it even possible for them to jump so soon when just this morning it was a very light line? I have PCOS so it wouldn't be that abnormal for me to have a surge on CD11. I usually range from 13-17 though. We just had sex last night because I didn't think I would surge this early, and since I just got the surge should we still BD tonight or start tomorrow?
