SOS!! Anyone struggling with Seasonal Allergies?

Hi everyone,
So Im 35 Weeks now and I’m having the worst time with Allergies because of the Pollen. I sneeze like 100 times, all of my face is swollen and every time I sneeze my bump hurts I think because of the strength of the sneeze. 
Anybody could give me an advice on what to do? Im desperate😭.

Flonase has helped me with my allergies. My doctor recommended it over  Zertyc

My doctor said Benadryl and Zyrtec are fine

It’s safe to take Zyrtec or the generic :) just one a day.

Most allergy meds are Class B drugs but my doctor approved Benadryl and Aerius. Benadryl doesn’t work for me so I’ve taken Aerius most of my pregnancy. Helped a lot. Ask a pharmacist if you’d like as well. They are very knowledgeable.
