Nervous😣

I'm 28 weeks today with twins and had an ob appointment. My blood pressure was up last time but they didn't too concerned. Today it was 134/93, I was told to lay down and they came back a while later and it hadn't changed. The nurse told me if I got a headache or neasua to go straight to labor and delivery. I have an appointment with my high risk ob Tuesday but can't tell if I should go ahead and go to l and d or if the headache and light headedness is all in my head because I'm scared. advice?
