Not sure 🤔 (any advice?)

Question

Soo I’m really having a debate with my s/o whether I should get my tubes tied or not . I have 3 kids already and I’m pregnant with my 4th , but these last 2 pregnancies have me really debating. I suffer from really bad varicose veins on my left leg , and vulvar varicosities ; in which I developed while pregnant with my daughter. Just want to know has anybody else thought or been through that process? Or suffer from vulvar varicosities ?

I haven’t suffered anything like that but the debate on wether or not to get tubes tied came up. My boyfriend has 3 boys and we are pregnant with his 4th, my/our first. But we discussed it and this is our last kid, I never wanted kids til I dated him! He and his kids made me want 1! No more lol he wants 4 and he doesn’t want anymore. So I told him I’d get my tubes tied and he said nope! He would get snipped before I go thru that. It’s safer for a man to get snipped over a women getting tubes tied.
