Breastfeeding tips?

I’m determined to breastfeed & wondering what worked for you to increase milk supply??

The best thing you can do is nurse on demand, whenever and as often as your baby wants. Don’t let anyone tell you you need to have the baby on a schedule. Newborns go through growth spurts like every two weeks or so and them wanting to eat every 2 or even every hour is exhausting but normal.
My biggest struggle with breastfeeding was trusting my body and myself. Talk to a lactation consultant and join a Le Leche League group on Facebook for extra support.

have you had your baby yet? are you pumping or latching baby? why do you think your supply is low?

Let me know what you find out. I’m only allowed to pump twice a day at work and my baby eats 6 times during my shift.

I breastfeed both of my daughters one is now 7 years and the other 2. I would eat cereal every other day because k dont really like milk. I feel like that helped. Also as long as baby is latching on correctly you shouldnt have a problem
