WEIRD DISCHARGE & ITCHING

so the last time i had sex was sunday , which was almost a week ago. it was unprotected but he pulled out like he does every time . sunday night i started bleeding & i was really sore so i figured i was just tore or something . throughout the week the bleeding/discharge continued & now it is this. the itching started a couple days ago , not sure if it’s related to the bleeding . any suggestions on what this may be ?
