This definitely isn't my first pregnancy but I only had little pain in my lower back and underneath my belly with my first. I'm 33 weeks and my baby girl is already over 5lbs! I woke up this morning with extreme pain in my lower back and under my belly and have no idea how to get it to stop. I've tried belly bands, taking Tylenol and have also gotten myself a belly brace but nothing seems to be helping me this time around. I feel like I've already tried everything I can but, any suggestions on something to help ease the pain..?
