I need advice..

So. I just had a baby almost 3 months ago. and I just took a pregnancy test. and I'm pregnant again. and I'm really nervous because idk if I can handle it . I'm waiting on bloodwork to confirm it. and I was just writing this to see if anyone else has ever been in the same predicament. like. having 2 babies when your first won't be a year old yet. any advice ???
