HELP ASAP PLEASE

hey guys!

so I’ve had this thing going on for about a month and it keeps getting worse.

my boyfriend and i were having sex and i got a cut but we kept on having sex and didn’t let it heal and now every time i have sex there’s like a weird smell. So i went to the doctor and they gave me yeast cream and now the smell is even worse. So i don’t know what to do. All i want to do is get rid of the smell. Maybe i have an infection? Is there any over the counter or self treatments i could do? I don’t have access to a doctor for about a week
