clogged duct

I'm like 80% sure I have a clogged milk duct. My left boob is killing me, especially right above my nipple. Nipple isn't cracked or anything. What can I do to help ease the pain and unclog it? I'm pumping, not breast feeding.

I just feel achey and sore. From my painfilled tatas. Please, Please, help. I'm trying to avoid a Drs visit because my insurance doesnt kick back in until April 1st, anything before isn't covered.
