Hi, I'm Emily and I'm almost 16!
Recently, I've been having some trouble with my self esteem and I don't feel like I'm appealing in any way. I try to deal with it but I'll have a bad skin break out or I'll miss a couple hours of sleep and I'll feel so ugly. I really try to take care of my body, I'm fairly active, I eat pretty well, and I wash my face everyday. I've come to here to ask if there's any way to help with this negativity I feel towards my appearance? Cause it's not like I want to feel this way about myself, so any tips would be appreciated.
