feeling insecure
I know i gained a little weight over the winter but I've been doing pilates for 2 months now, eating better and not overeating so much. I've noticed my legs are getting stronger and look better but I'm still not where I want to be. I saw my ex from a few years ago and he said my skin was sagging, as in i had a double chin, and that my butt got bigger and my boobs got smaller. I know it's not a big deal what ex's say but he wasn't being a jerk about it he was just being honest. can't help but feel bad now. I know i do have a little saddle bags but it just isn't fun to hear when you've been working on yourself and thought you've been doing decent...
