Going to the gym.
I used to be skinny but I started to gain weight two years ago when I started college. Now I am 182/ 5.6.
I feel uncomfortable and insecure, I used to love my body so much but now I don’t even look at myself in the mirror. So today, I finally decided to sign up for an LA fitness membership. I really hope it works, I asked a bunch of questions and they told me that with the right diet and at least 3 days a week at the gym, I could lose about 25 pounds in two months. I really hope I’ll me modivated enough to keep doing it.
I turn 20 in May and I can’t even get a nice dress for the occasion because I’m still in denial😫
Hopefully by then, I’ll be feeling confident enough to go get a nice dress and party for my 20!
