Swollen feet?

Hey ladies what helps reduce swelling in feet?? I’m 37 weeks pregnant and they just started. Kinda hurts because their so swollen. My knees are swollen too 🤦🏾‍♀️

Elevate, epsom salt baths, and SWIMMING!! Best thing for swelling. Even just floating in a pool is amazing for swelling

Keep them elevated and try ice packs. That helped me with my first pregnancy.

Compression socks, put your feet up, and cutting back on salt.

mine started to look like this last week! But then magically they disappeared and are closer to normal. I've been making sure to drink a ton of water, but not sure of that's what helped
