Extremely uncomfortable 36 weeks

I think baby has dropped more into my pelvic region because i have the most intense pelvic pain I’ve ever felt. It’s almost like my hips being pushed apart and it’s a constant pain. My whole belly is aching all over and baby is moving so much! It’s so painful 😩 i was checked at my last appt and I’m not dilating yet as of a few days ago so i guess this is just normal pain for end of pregnancy 🤷🏼‍♀️
