Does Anyone else have trouble letting go of their kids

My son is 4 and I just can’t let him stay the night anywhere. My Bestfriend was wanting to get him for spring break so that he could play with her kids. She lives an hour and a half away and I just can’t bring myself to do it. I told her that we both Can stay the night or I could bring her son back to my house for a few days. She then told me “I wish you could get over your depression anxiety and let me help you with him. You’re so good to us! I just want to be the same for you.”

Then it hit me 😭 I do have a problem. I started thinking about Last week my mom watched him while I worked. They both fell asleep asleep so when I tried to pick him up she never answered. I spent all night whining to my fiancé about how he’s probably hungry, or too hot or needs me😭 I just don’t know how to let go
