Possibly Ending Engagement

Hello all, I am engaged to this man that I truly do love but here within the past 3 months, he’s made it so hard to love. He’s constantly getting upset with me(he does have PTSD and other things), he’s always sleeping, he doesn’t have a job, he never cleans, and he insists that he will take care of our 7 dogs, one adult and 6 eight week puppies, but he doesn’t. I’m getting more and more upset with him everyday. We just moved into a new house together after living with one another for a year but I honestly am losing my mind. What should I do?
