What do you swear by?

My doc wants me to start trying to induce labor naturally at 37 weeks as much as possible, we will be stripping membranes at 37+3. This is due to little miss being not so little lol what do you swear by for inducing? I already walk 10k steps a day, so walking might not do too much. I want to hear your opinions and stories!!!

I swear I laughed myself into labor!!  The night before my daughter was born, I (in good nature) jumped out and yelled "boo" to my 3 year old.  Her reaction was absolutely priceless, and I laughed so hard I couldnt breathe.  Went into labor less than 10 hours later!  Haha!  And my older daughter is now 9, and she's not traumatized, she doesn't remember it anymore 😂😂

by one of those exercising balls to sit and bounce on,do a lot more walking and oh the night before I went into labor with my son I had a burger,fries and a funnel cake and the next morning I showed up to the hospital dilated to a 7 and was told to just push😂within an hour and a half i had my first baby. I'm pregnant again and I hope it's that easy lol
