teen weight
So I'm 15, 5'7.5" and 125lbs.
This is the most I've ever weighed, and while it's not a lot, I still don't feel as confident as I did 8 lbs lighter. My BMI has never been over 19, but as of now it's 19.3.
Recently, I've been having unhealthy thoughts regarding food and how much of it I eat. I never eat breakfast because I don't have time in the morning, and recently that's started to feel like some sort of accomplishment to me. I have to eat lunch at school, and it genuinely bothers me that I don't know the number of calories that are in it.
i do wrestling in school and my weight class is 119, which means the highest weight I can be is 121 with the 2lb addition that we get after break. I don't have to worry about my weight as much now that season is over, but I do. a few friends have started worrying about me and I don't know what to do. thoughts?
