I started going to the gym 2 weeks ago, the first week I went 3 days, each 30-45 minutes. Second week, I went 4 days, same amount of time. It’s hard for me to gain weight but I decided to focus on feeling positive and confident again in my body. Already I am seeing progress in my arms, and feeling the strength in my legs and forever praying for a booty. Excited to see where I am in a month. I am also extremely proud for maintaining a flexible diet, and following through with my meal preps for lunches.
