HELP!! Did my water just break??

Question

I’m 37 weeks and I went to the bathroom to pee and when I was done I stood up and pretty much peed on myself again but it didn’t feel like I needed to pee and now I’m having strong cramp-like contractions! Did my water just break or am I losing my mind?
