Anyone with big boobs?!

Help!!
I had big ol boobs before I was even pregnant. I’m 11w 5d and I feel like I’ve pulled a muscle of some sort going all the way down my right boob! It’s so painful it can’t go without any support! Just feels like it’s ripping if I don’t wear a bra!! This has only been for the last 2 days. It’s just so painful! Any big boobed ladies got any insight to what and why this has happened?! 😭

I wear a G cup so there is no going without support here. I’ve never been able to sleep or anything without a bra, it’s so painful and they get stuck in my armpits when laying down 😑

I was a D cup pre pregnancy now I’m a DDD I just wear sports bras. I did buy a wireless bra from VS just to use when I go out (which is never lol) I’m always at the gym or taking my daughter to her extracurricular activities.

I was a DD before and now am an E and im only 18 weeks so 😳 but ya I had to buy some wireless supper bras just to be able to survive . I got mine online cuz finding big girl bras past a DD can be tough ,  try Venus.com
