Beginner's Workouts at Home

Hi, ladies. I see a lot of inspiring weightloss and lifestyle change stories on here. I'm 33, 5'5" and 195lbs. I've always struggled with my weight. My previous job involved unloading 2 freight trucks a week. It helped me stay fit. Now I've been at a desk for 7 years. I've slowly crept up to my highest weight ever. I've been trying to exercise, but get so discouraged. Some of the work outs I've tried, I can't even make it thru the warm up. . . Not great to keep me motivated. Can anyone recommend something (besides walking) that is ideal for someone as out of shape as me? I do have a stationary bike that I try to use for at least 15 minutes several times a week. But that's not really getting me anywhere. I'm sure it's still better than nothing, but I need results before I just give up again.
