Advice needed please *lengthy post warning*

OK so here it goes.

Me and my SO have been trying for 3 years now. My GP finally gave us testing last year, his came back perfect and I was subsequently (and finally) diagnosed with PCOS. The fertility clinic proscribed me clomid in January to begin taking on my next cycle. However, my cycle hasn't appeared. I have zero symptoms of it showing anytime soon. I'm currently on day 57 which is the longest cycle I have ever had (see below pics). I took a test this afternoon (quite diluted urine) and it was a blaring negative.

has anyone been in this boat and could let me know the outcome?

Should I contact my doctor and try and be prescribed someone that will force my period so I can take clomid, or should I wait a little longer?

I should also say I never really get any CM at any point in my cycle but today I've had quite a lot of creamy/stretchy/lotiony
